4. Orders & Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

 

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
